Description

• Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, process and manage both inbound and outbound contracts. • Technology Utilization: Recommend, implement and maintain contract management systems to improve efficiency. • Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Paralegal or JD Degree preferred. • 5+ years of relevant experience. • Proven experience in contract administration, with a focus on both customer and vendor contracts. • Healthcare specific regulations and standards, with experience contracting with Health Plans or Providers. • Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and CMS/Healthcare regulatory requirements. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
