📋 Description

• The SDR will be responsible for generating commercial demand and turning opportunities into qualified meetings. • Approach and qualify inbound leads, identifying pain points, urgency, and building value on the first contact. • Re-engage cold leads by creating new narratives, triggers, and hypotheses to recover interest. • Schedule qualified meetings and prepare the lead for the closer with a clear alignment of the problem and expectations. • Prepare the sale before the sale by presenting benefits and differentiators and guiding the lead to the next step. • Attend meetings when necessary, maintaining context and assisting with conversion. • Rigorously manage the CRM, keeping cadences up to date, follow-ups active, and full control until handoff. • Main goal: Generate a consistent flow of qualified meetings that convert into monthly revenue.

• Experience in pre-sales. • High energy and a fast sales pace (proactivity). • Clear and persuasive communication, both verbal and written. • Enjoy interacting with people. • Organized and able to work well with processes. • Persistent and resilient. • Able to handle multiple 'no's before getting a 'yes'. • Motivated by targets and performance, with a hunger for growth.
