• Develop and grow strategic relationships with partners in the ANZ and South East Asia Region. • Identify, onboard, enable, and manage referral, reseller, and alliance partners. • Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth. • Ensure partners have a proper understanding of Rimini Street's portfolio. • Build long-term relationships with partners that drive NCI revenue growth within the region. • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support partner needs and joint initiatives. • Track partner performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
• 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company. • Excellent executive relationships with the partners. • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. • Comfortable with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Additional Languages (spoken and written) preferred.
