πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is a key member of the Risant Health Finance team and plays a critical role in driving financial performance analysis and strategic decision-making. β€’ As an individual contributor, this role leads complex financial analyses, develops financial models, conducts and reviews strategic financial research, and develops reports on financial performance. β€’ The Senior FP&A Analyst will also support the financial evaluation of prospective Risant Health affiliated organizations. β€’ This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and standardized, high quality reporting across the organization. β€’ Additionally, this role will lead junior analysts on a project basis. β€’ The Senior FP&A Analyst will report directly to the Leader of Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Finance.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum six (6) years Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience. β€’ Minimum two (2) years experience interacting with senior leadership (e.g. Director level and above). β€’ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. β€’ Financial Planning and Analysis certification. β€’ Certified Public Accountant certification. β€’ Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role β€’ Minimum two (2) years of experience in project management. β€’ Minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience with advanced Excel functions (e.g. Power Query, Power Pivot, charts, dynamic arrays, macros, complex formulas, and keyboard shortcuts) to efficiently clean, manipulate and analyze data for actionable insights. β€’ Experience within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial management, including DCF, ROI analysis, and resource allocation. β€’ Experience with financial systems or BI tools (e.g. Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, PeopleSoft, Tableau, PowerBI) Intellectually curious with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. β€’ Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving start-up environment. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
