β’ Risant Health aims to expand and accelerate the adoption of value-based care. β’ The Product Owner will lead the implementation of a dynamic care guideline tool, working closely with clinicians. β’ Collaborates with stakeholders to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. β’ Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog with a Product Manager, ensuring it reflects customer priorities, business goals, and technical dependencies. β’ Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
β’ BA Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or related field OR 4 years directly related experience β’ Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development/ delivery environments. β’ Minimum five (5) years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices β’ Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies β’ Experience working within the healthcare multipayer/ multiprovider environment is preferred. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence, engage, and build consensus among stakeholders and team members at all levels. β’ Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and improvements. β’ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing competing priorities effectively. β’ Experience in developing and executing product roadmaps, with a focus on user experience and clinical outcomes. β’ Experience working in healthcare, in multipayer, multiprovider ecosystems. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. β’ Experience with product management tools, collaboration platforms, and Agile project management software. β’ Experience drafting KPIβs and building prioritization frameworks. β’ Prior experience delivering product in roles as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product rules. β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). β’ Strong executive presence. β’ Strong collaboration skills and can-do attitude. β’ Advanced understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFE). β’ Experience leading and working with inter-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships in a complex environment. β’ Proficiency in project management tools, product management software, and collaboration platforms (Jira, Figma, Mural, Miro, Confluence, test flight). β’ Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. β’ Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., APM, PO/PM, SAFE). β’ Ability to work closely with testing teams. β’ Experience with the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
