Description
• Responsible for complete ownership of the client experience. • Deliver client satisfaction while maintaining positivity and professionalism under pressure. • Engage in long hours and weekend work during peak seasons. • Must understand all travel services offered and execute effective communication.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role • Passion for building relationships • Dynamic team player • Strong written & verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree required • Experience in sports, travel, logistics, GDS Sabre, or hospitality industry a plus, but not required
