• Octopus by RTG is enabling a key partner organization to build their digital hubs in Egypt and grow their tech teams around the world. • We are currently looking for the right pioneers to work on exciting AI Projects with a key partner in Riyadh, KSA. • Octopus is proud to be part of the Robusta Technology Group (RTG), a leading tech group. • With a decade of experience and a successful track record of delivering over 300 projects across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, RTG has established itself as a preferred employer in the Egyptian market. • Octopus and Robusta are building a bridge between Europe and Africa, creating tailored hub solutions to connect companies with top talent across the globe. • Octopus is specialized in rapidly assembling remote & onsite global tech teams that are fully aligned with the culture and practices of a particular brand. • By providing tailored hubs to suit its clients needs, Octopus gives companies all the advantages of remote work and offshoring without all the negatives. • We are currently hiring for a remittance company based in the UAE with nearly five decades of experience specializes in individual and corporate remittances as well as foreign currency exchange. • Operating through 22 branches, it prioritizes efficiency over network size. • Design and develop secure, scalable blockchain applications including e-wallets, crypto wallets, DeFi protocols, and tokenization platforms. • Work with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.) to build decentralized applications tailored to financial use cases. • Write clean, efficient smart contracts and ensure proper testing and deployment using best practices. • Optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability of blockchain systems. • Evaluate and apply emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks to meet business needs. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into blockchain-powered features. • Contribute to architectural decisions, technology stack selections, and the overall product development lifecycle. • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the development team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and high-quality delivery. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts. • Ensure adherence to blockchain security best practices, including audits, encryption standards, and secure coding practices. • Stay informed of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the fintech/blockchain space. • Contribute to documentation and governance processes to maintain infrastructure reliability and regulatory alignment.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: • Proven track record of leadership roles in technology, with a focus on blockchain, decentralized systems, and Web3 solutions. • Expertise in building and managing fintech solutions, including e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi applications. • Skills: • Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and tokenomics. • Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations. • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills. • Ability to foster collaboration between technical and business teams. • Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
