Description

• Senior Accountant specializing in Deltek Costpoint. • Assist Controller in preparing monthly financial statements. • Oversee implementation of Deltek Costpoint ERP system. • Configure and manage Deltek Costpoint modules. • Understand accounting principles and project cost accounting. • Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure compliance. • Track invoices and review accurate payroll computations. • Document system configurations for knowledge transfer. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues. • Develop and deliver training materials on Deltek software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint Time & Expense and Project Accounting. • Experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, or other highly regulated industries. • Knowledge of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance (required). • Up to 7 years of experience in financial consulting or accounting. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent customer service, team management, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work remotely with flexible hours to support the team. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Paylocity and/or Bill.com
