• 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im UGC- oder Performance-Marketing-Umfeld • Erfahrung mit Meta Ads, TikTok Ads und gängigen Analyse-Tools • Sicheres Verständnis von Paid-Social-KPIs • Datenbasierte Auswertung von Performance-Daten und Priorisierung von Optimierungen • Erfahrung im Briefing und in der Betreuung von Creators • Strukturiertes Arbeiten und Fähigkeit, mehrere Kampagnen parallel zu organisieren • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
