Description

• Gather and document user, business and macro market requirements and feedback through surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods. • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations identifying trends, patterns and insights along the way. • Design and implement data collection sources and maintain surveys and interviews to capture user experiences and IT needs. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings using conversational logs, ticket data, and voice recordings. • Build, maintain, and update analytics dashboards to track user satisfaction and other performance metrics. • Conduct forensic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Summarize complex data into understandable formats for stakeholders. • Synthesize data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into user needs and market best practices. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• Recent college grads with a relevant degree in Computer Science/Technology and class projects/internships will be considered. • This role is remote but quarterly onsite meetings in NYC might be required some preference will be given to applicants in the tri-state area.
