• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • Experience with hourly compensation programs, including wage structures, shift premiums. • Experience in Total Rewards and Compensation within a large, complex, and matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate stakeholder groups. • Experience working in a Global Fortune 50 company or within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, high-tech, and/or engineering industries. • Professional certifications such as WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). • Experience with incentive plans. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling visuals and insights for executive audiences. • Analytical and storytelling capabilities, leveraging data to inform decisions, influence stakeholders, and connect insights to broader business strategies and outcomes. • Solid understanding of global HR practices, compensation trends, regulatory considerations, and global Total Rewards methodologies. • Proven ability to partner effectively at all levels of the organization, maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion. • Self-driven with strong planning and prioritization skills, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple deliverables. • Demonstrated agility and resilience, with the ability to pivot quickly based on shifting business needs and competing priorities. • Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early, conducts thorough analysis, and delivers timely, practical recommendations. • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, execution, and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity.
