• Localization Management: Oversee all translations of websites, email campaigns, ad creatives, funnels, and marketing assets across 30+ languages using Lokalise + AI tools. • Native-Level Quality: Ensure all localized content reads naturally, culturally fits the target market, and avoids literal or machine-sounding translations. • AI-Driven Workflow: Leverage Lokalise, AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL, Manus AI), and internal guidelines to achieve high-quality outputs. • Performance & Quality Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of localized content on conversion rates, user engagement, and product experience across different markets. • Project Management: Own timelines and deliverables across multiple brands and languages. Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • UI/UX Awareness: Ensure translations are visually compatible with web layouts. Maintain readability and design integrity across all languages. • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with brand managers, designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure a seamless user experience in all languages.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in localization or translation of marketing and product content at scale. • Hands-on experience with Lokalise (must-have). • Strong experience using AI-powered translation tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, Manus AI, or similar). • Proven project management skills across multiple languages and stakeholders. • Strong marketing and cultural adaptation insight—understanding how tone, messaging, and nuance differ across markets. • Strong awareness of UI/UX considerations for multilingual products. • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus. • Experience with GitHub or working with product teams that use Git-based workflows.
