Description
• Provide technical support for new and experienced Runway users via email and chat • Handle inquiries and feedback from Runway community members • Investigate and escalate product or payment problems • Collaborate with product team to translate customer feedback into product updates • Write clear and concise bug reports • Continually improve support processes
Requirements
• Strong written communication skills • Experience with high-touch customer support • Strong empathy and positive approach • Ability to work autonomously • Prior experience with Zendesk (nice to have)
