• Serve as our clients' main point of contact for campaign implementation, analytics, and general needs • Communicate, document, and ensure we deliver upon all campaign requirements and any special needs as defined by each client • Steward the processing and execution of new and revised advertiser insertion orders and vendor Statement of Work (SOWs) • Work closely with internal teams to monitor campaign performance and pacing, ensuring we are seeking ways to maximize revenue for the company • Act as the first line of defense in troubleshooting any campaign/implementation issues • Serve as a liaison to 3rd party tag and rich media vendors, ad verification vendors, and market research vendors looping in key stakeholders as necessary • Lead the efforts to efficiently navigate customer Medical Legal Review (MLR) requirements for our Healthcare Professional (HCP) programs • Create client-facing materials such as project timelines, asset checklists, and screenshot presentations • Serve as a campaign project manager to internal teams and externally with customers, setting and managing expectations with customers and internal stakeholders alike • Serve as a subject matter expert for our ad product offerings, basic ad tagging concepts, and reporting capabilities • Manage the timely launches of our advertiser partnerships, including a thorough and complete quality assurance (QA) check of our premium products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • At least 2 years of experience in a digital advertising environment • Exposure to Digital Ad Operations, including a basic understanding of digital media math (i.e. CPM calculations, Pacing, etc.) • Customer service background • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Project management-oriented organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint • Creative analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized in a fast paced environment
