• Develop, implement and manage training programs, projects and learning solutions for all levels of the organization. • Ensure programs meet the company’s strategic needs, promoting continuous employee development. • Research, plan, design and oversee the implementation of new concepts and the architecture of the company's corporate university. • Create and structure personalized learning paths aligned with business needs and the development of organizational competencies. • Actively participate in the area’s annual strategic planning. • Identify training and development needs through analyses, research and meetings with managers and stakeholders. • Create dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision-making. • Identify opportunities to optimize and innovate training processes. • Establish and manage partnerships with educational institutions, consultancies and learning platforms. • Develop instructional content, technical opinions and support materials for training activities.
• Bachelor’s degree • Postgraduate degree in people management, corporate education, instructional design or similar fields • Project management; agile methodologies desirable • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools/resources (forms, surveys) • Knowledge of in-person and virtual training and development methodologies • Systemic understanding of core Human Resources/People Management processes • Excel, Power BI and other data handling and analysis tools • Commitment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking • Leadership • Proactivity and capacity for innovation • National Driver’s License (CNH) preferred
