• Conduct high-quality sales interviews with customers using a consultative sales model. • Set follow-up commitments and meet daily calling goals. • Identify sales opportunities and proactively sell to targets. • Conduct targeted email campaigns based on priorities. • Gain and maintain product and market knowledge. • Communicate market feedback with editorial and marketing staff. • Complete territory planning for targeted markets. • Update and track sales opportunities in the CRM. • Provide progress reports on performance and customer feedback. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive experience for customers. • Represent Sage professionally and efficiently with customer contacts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years inside sales experience required. • CRM or related experience required. • Proficient in PC environment with solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, database applications, and PowerPoint. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Superior time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Pleasant telephone manner.
