📋 Description

•We are looking for a Proposal Writer with a passion for helping others and who is eager to take on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment. •Proven project management, communication skills, and technical aptitude are required. •This position is fully remote and can be based in any of the following: UK, France, Germany, Netherlands or Poland. •Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for entities across various geographies, with a focus on the UK and EMEA regions, including localization of proposal resources. •Study and understand prospects’ needs and develop proposal schedules and templates specific to each market. •Ensure compliance with prospects’ requirements. •Effectively handle multiple proposals in a high-performance and fast-paced environment. •Work with Samsara subject matter experts and account executives to tailor responses to each prospect. •Use and maintain the RFP knowledge base and ensure content is continuously updated. •Take ownership and responsibility for the entire RFP process for private evaluators. •Debrief with sales teams and use feedback to provide recommendations for process improvements. •At Samsara, sales is a team sport. 🎯 Requirements

•English & French fluency (mandatory requirement) •A Bachelor’s degree (Technical Writing, Business Strategy, English, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines) or equivalent work experience •1-3 years of project management experience •Strong cross-collaboration skills. •High-level writing skills to author and edit technical content.
