📋 Description

• Promote products and services: Drive sales across assigned accounts and territories to meet revenue targets. • Identify new business opportunities: Align with organizational growth strategies to expand market presence. • Leverage SFDC CRM: Document leads, track opportunities, and analyze customer data for insights and performance. • Launch innovative products: Introduce new solutions to the market and ensure successful adoption. • Assess customer needs: Generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend tailored solutions. • Develop account plans: Coordinate resources and strategies to maximize account potential. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing and internal teams to strengthen market perception. • Build long-term relationships: Establish trust and partnerships that drive sustained success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering (advanced education a plus). • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in biotech or life sciences. • Hands-on CRM expertise: Proactive use of SFDC and other CRM tools. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented: Able to work independently with accountability. • Team player: Proven ability to collaborate across functions. • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Alignment with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment.
