• Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design. • Get leadership buy-in, share customer insights and areas of improvement through research and data visualization. • Build functional prototypes to validate and test designs. • Develop product marketing content to support the marketing team in creating the designs for product launches. • Help create and maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets. • Mentor and coach junior designers helping them grow in their development. • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced creative environments. • Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wire-framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. • A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker. • Have a well-trained eye for great visual design execution - one pixel off is a big deal to you. • A strong ability to communicate your thinking and design decisions (visually and written) - you’re able to get people along on the journey with you. • Excellent teamwork skills that enable you to thrive in cross-functional work. • Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc.). • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback. • An interest in mentoring others in their professional development as designers.
