📋 Description

• Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results. • Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy. • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget. • Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management. • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met. • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. • Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes. • Work in needed areas to provide data analysis support for agency’s workload demands.

🎯 Requirements
