• Responsible for configuration and installation of edge switches/routers; • Provisioning and troubleshooting basic network services (port activations, vlan/subnet creation, basic routing configuration, etc.); • Interfacing with OTS customers and telecommunications vendors as needed; Configure products from multiple switch/router vendors, including but not limited to Cisco, HP, and Enterasys.
