• Real Estate Attorney • 6-8 years of environmental law, real estate investment, and contract administration experience • Join a small-but-mighty team of passionate practitioners • Expand the RELU practice within a remote-first firm • Must be licensed to practice in California, Colorado, or Washington D.C. • Practice group leader has a strong book of business composed of small/individual clients • Real estate group is a close-knit, woman-led team of self-starters • Equally dedicated counsel being sought to transfer smaller clients • Strong reputation of excellent client service and a strong network • Desire to build own practice with existing client roster • Exposure to smaller corporate work • Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrate excellent industry reputation • Ability to juggle competing requests, prioritize quickly, and implement strategy under time and budget constraints
• Land use-specific issues, including zoning and entitlements analysis • Transactional real estate work, including drafting and negotiating agreements • Appearing before boards and commissions • Representing investors, developers, and borrowers on real estate projects • Exposure to smaller corporate work • Minimum six years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house • Confidence and autonomy in running a matter • Interest in having autonomy over own practice while working with top-notch attorneys • Desire for high-level practice with interesting clients • Proven ability to handle competing requests under time and budget constraints • Enthusiasm, passion for work, and confidence in team • Graduated from top-tier law school or excellent industry reputation • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
