• Join weekday planning calls to stay aligned on priorities and upcoming shows. • Research and contact potential concert venues nationwide using both AI tools and manual searches, along with researching suitable hotels for tours and caterers for shows. • Track outreach, follow-ups, venue details, and responses in organized spreadsheets. • Provide light weekend phone support by checking messages and returning calls as needed. • Communicate professionally and warmly with fans, venues, and partners through phone, email, and social media. • Manage fan and venue inboxes and ensure timely responses at the start and end of each day. • Learn and navigate the WordPress backend to look up orders, resend tickets, and support basic troubleshooting. • Maintain clear digital records, task lists, and documentation to support touring operations. • Assist with simple Canva graphics, vendor outreach, and press research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Customer service or telemarketing experience preferred. • Comfortable using spreadsheets, research tools, and web-based platforms. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through. • Familiar with Google Workspace and AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity). • Ability to learn WordPress backend. • Canva experience is a plus. • Available for occasional weekend phone coverage. • Resume must be in English
