Description

• Oversee ERP updates and changes for the company • Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders • Manage costs for projects and/or new implementations • Maintain project documentation and support audits • Manage Change Control environment for Scantron • Provide necessary info for stakeholder decision-making • Support training and go-live of ERP systems • Develop and manage project plans and timelines • Ensure timely updates to the ERP systems • Lead ERP team for smooth project implementation • Develop staff and manage team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Technology • 5+ years in ERP project management • Proven success in managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes • Understanding of accounting fundamentals • Deep understanding of software development principles and SDLC • Excellent design and problem-solving skills • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • ServiceNow and NetSuite experience (preferred) • PMP certification (preferred)
