📋 Description

• develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory • identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence and drive sales growth • build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges • proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive incremental revenue from existing accounts • establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations • effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting • stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management • Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Skill in identifying customer needs and presenting solutions effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and telephone skills with an aptitude for customer relationship building • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency with MS Office software, SalesForce/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
