• Assist the sales team by analyzing customer requirements and providing product knowledge support • Drive and manage the presales process with customers • Provide technical assistance during the presales process • Develop solutions and organize and deliver proof of concept demonstrations • Work with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process • Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor landscapes • Administer pre-sales support for new and existing clients
