📋 Description
• Carrying out mechanical design for industrial automatic production machines • Designing in accordance with design requirement documents and machine functional requirements • Design in accordance with EU Machinery Directive • Development of moving mechanisms and automated machinery, with a focus on packaging automation, using Solidworks for solid modeling, sheet metal design, and weldments • Oversee the integration and maintenance of pneumatic systems, particularly those involving Festo equipment, ensuring optimal performance in automated manufacturing processes. • Develop and implement linear motion and indexing systems, both linear and rotational, for industrial automation applications.
🎯 Requirements
• Mechanical engineer, B.sc , M.sc • Knowledge and experience in pneumatics, Emphasis on Festo Equipment • Knowledge and experience in moving mechanisms and mechanisms Design. • 5 years of experience or more in industrial manufacturing automated machines, with emphasis on packing automation. • Highly proficient with Solidworks (MUST) . • Solid modeling of machined parts, sheet metal parts, and weldment. • Experience with linear motion systems, servo and pneumatic driven. • Experience with indexing machines (linear indexing & Rotational indexing) • Familiarity with safety requirements of the EU machinery directive. • High-level English – verbal and written. • Highly motivated.
