📋 Description

• Answering phones and emails with genuine care • Conducting new-client intakes and scheduling appointments • Verifying insurance, explaining services, and easing anxious callers • Keeping clinician calendars and EHR notes accurate • Collaborating with our supportive remote team

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Excellent phone voice and true empathy • Strong multitasking and organization skills • Reliable home office with high-speed internet • Ability to pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check • Current Florida residency
