• As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, act as an ambassador for Seattle Credit Union. • Cultivate relationships in communities and increase accessibility through public events. • Help create a world-class candidate experience as a liaison for candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain a progressive and inclusive brand, aligned with values. • Implement a brand strategy that eliminates barriers for applicants. • Play a vital role in consultation, sourcing, attracting, retaining, and hiring top talent. • Consult hiring managers on recruitment strategies, identifying staffing needs. • Provide full-cycle recruitment service for positions. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. • Six (6)+ years in business research, human resources, sales or recruiting. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. • Strong customer-service, communication, collaboration, influencing, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
