Description

• Section is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 40-50 enterprise accounts representing a significant amount of Section’s recurring revenue. • Lead strategic, consultative conversations demonstrating how AI enhances various business functions (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, operations) to drive adoption across the organization, aligning Section's AI solutions with clients' existing platforms, priorities, and initiatives • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive AI product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, ideally with Fortune 100 brands • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex organizational structures and decision-making processes • Deep interest and knowledge in the use of generative AI for knowledge work and enterprise solutions • Ability to effectively communicate the value and potential of AI technologies to clients at various technical levels • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, develop business cases, and measure the impact of Section's solutions • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers • Experience with customer success platforms and CRM tools • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
