📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for security system issues via phone, email, and ticketing platforms • Use engineering background to triage and diagnose faults • Perform remote troubleshooting and fault resolution • Identify whether issues are system, configuration, hardware, or network related • Make informed decisions on escalating or dispatching engineers • Take ownership of incidents from initial report through to resolution • Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential issues

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a Security Systems Engineer, Installation Engineer, or Commissioning Engineer • Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Lenel, CCURE, Genetec, Milestone • Proven experience fault-finding and troubleshooting access control and CCTV systems • Ability to diagnose issues across hardware, software, and basic networking • Familiarity with ticketing / service management systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) • Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users • Able to travel to site when required (Reading)
