📋 Description
• Manage AMS support operations for Seidor clients • Coordinate the technical support teams assigned to the client • Develop and implement customized standard operating procedures and processes • Work closely with client stakeholders • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team assigned to the client • Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to SAP AMS support • Manage the budgets of the contracts under your responsibility • Provide regular reports on AMS support contract performance • Conduct on-site client visits for executive meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Proven prior experience in leadership for AMS support service delivery • Valid ITIL v4 certification • Degree in Project Management, MBA, or postgraduate qualification • Advantage: Deep knowledge of business processes related to the SAP ecosystem • Experience with clients operating in multiple countries beyond Brazil • Certifications (Scrum, SAP Activate) • Fluent English is considered a differentiating advantage
