Description

• Work closely with Engineering teams to establish, organize, execute, and monitor inter-connected projects • Help bring operational excellence and clarity to complex matters within Engineering Operations • Deliver and support multiple projects and programs, on time, within budget and on target • Use strong technical background to move complex projects forward according to project roadmap • Create and manage execution plans and risk plans at scrum and portfolio level • Facilitate and organize program meetings, release planning, demos, retrospectives and agile ceremonies • Communicate with management, developers, product managers, product owners and support specialists on product issues • Create alignment through the development and release process • Responsible for the success of key software releases at Seismic

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 15 years of experience or advanced degree and 12 years of experience running software engineering programs • Strong software engineering technical background with a real passion for delivering high performance, quality software • Experience in software development and project/program management processes and Best Practices • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills • Strong understanding of both product and program management techniques • Extraordinary skills influencing, teaming, and delivering solutions in a highly complex environment • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment • Experience working with various project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
