Description
• Lead the TPM organization driving large-scale programs. • Support Engineering Operations ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions. • Enable quality, performance, and innovation at Seismic to meet global demand.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or product development, with 7+ years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in a SaaS or software development environment, managing cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of engineering operations and how to drive alignment with business objectives. • Strong experience in managing distributed teams and global resources to optimize program execution and ensure engineering consistency. • Proven experience in scaling engineering operations in a global organization, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector. • Expertise in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing large-scale programs. • Experience in implementing program governance, risk management, and performance measurement across multiple teams and organizations. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong leadership and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategy across engineering, product, and business teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Experience in SaaS product development or enterprise software. • Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures, large-scale SaaS infrastructure, and integration with third-party services. • Experience in sales enablement technology or other customer-driven platforms a plus.
