Description

• Learn our current data operations end to end with the final goal of identifying opportunities to transform and adapt for future scalability and growth. • Create and manage the data models necessary to successfully deliver custom data for our current and future clients. • Work closely with other team members to understand current workflows and processes. • Coordinate with our engineering team to plan, design and execute on the next generation tools to help us optimize and scale up our operations. • Support and grow our data quality function to ensure all data deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards. • Lead the expansion of the Data Operations Strategy team as we continue to grow.

Requirements

• Experienced in Project/Program management and tools. • Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling wizard, and not shy to showcase your skills. • Beyond Excel, you have a solid understanding of ETL processes and know your way around SQL queries, Python scripts and other tools to make yours and others jobs easier. • You have experience writing db code in a variety of languages and can QA code to ensure it’s error free. • You can think strategically. You can look at the big picture and plan for future growth and scale. • You have strong interpersonal skills and can work with diverse cross functional teams to get things done. • You are excited to join an entrepreneurial culture dedicated to high speed growth in a very competitive industry. • You’re a self-starter with a high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
