📋 Description

• Lead the growth of customer-facing software products. • Act as the interface between the product team and the organization. • Promote a culture of psychological safety and transparency within the product team. • Partner with subject matter experts to understand their needs. • Synthesize user and business needs into a product vision and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years total work experience. • 4+ years’ experience in an agile product management role. • 2+ years in a healthcare company working on regulated products (SaMD experience preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent career experience. • Fluency in agile development practices. • Willingness to challenge assumptions over sticking to the status quo. • Demonstrated ability to model the core tenets of agile within a regulated industry. • Understanding of the principles of DevSecOps.
