Description
• As a 1099 Vendor Sourcer, you will focus on sourcing 'DTVs' • A DTV vendor is defined as a Licensed General Contractor that can do renovation/turns with 5+ crews, backoff job management, and at least 1 W2 employee on staff • Compensation includes potential rewards for each sourced DTV and additional bonuses for vendor certification and reaching 'Diamond Status' • SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund specializing in renovating distressed homes • They take a software-driven approach to operations to scale a large number of smaller markets at the same time • SFR3 has acquired 11k+ purchased homes in over two dozen metros and is continuing to expand
Requirements
• 2+ years of direct experience in Construction or Trade Management • 2+ years sourcing/recruiting vendors (General Contractors) • General understanding of construction, renovation, and property operations • Ability to understand typical trade contractors across a broad spectrum of trades • Single Family Rental Experience (or other real estate investment fund) Preferred
Benefits
• Potential for $3,000 per sourced DTV • $1,000 for any DTV hire that is vetted, agreed upon, signed off by SFR3 and passes first week of project • An additional $1,000 if the vendor hired by the contractor becomes certified as defined by SFR3 • An additional $1,000 if the vendor hired by the contractor reaches 'Diamond Status' as defined by SFR3
