• Lead Software Engineer in Test (SET) pivotal in enabling high-quality software delivery • Define vision and strategy for testing and developer enablement • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams • Architect, design, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools • Guide, coach, and mentor team members • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends • Roll up sleeves, dive into code, and demonstrate best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent industry experience • 5+ years of experience in software development and testing with focus on test automation frameworks (Playwright or Cypress) • Experience with languages like Python, Java, or TypeScript • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and containerization technologies • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
