In this role, you will be working with clients to implement and optimize Banner. Your expertise in Banner, Finance business processes, and best practices will drive successful outcomes for our clients. SIG employees work remotely and occasionally travel to client sites.

Requirements

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry. • 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Banner, demonstrating advanced user proficiency. • Experience implementing the Banner Finance module at a college or university. • Strong knowledge of financial operations, including general accounting, budgeting, and purchasing within the higher education industry. • Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and demonstrated success in creating efficiency. • Ability to troubleshoot functional issues within Banner and communicate user requirements to the technical support team. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach.
