Description

• Own and handle customer relationships through successful implementation • Take ownership of the onboarding process • Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers • Educate customers on Sinch’s products and best practices • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and objectives • Act as a single point of contact for customer • Collaborate internally with teams • Establish positive relationships with customers • Build initiatives for successful product implementation • Quickly disseminate updates to product • Successfully transfer customer relationships to success manager after onboarding

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in the mobile or software industry • University degree or equivalent experience. • Basic telecommunications/mobile technology familiarity/technical knowledge • Experience leading cross team complex project management • Basic familiarity with mobile industry and solution. • Project management knowledge/experience. • Self-motivated with high initiative level and decisiveness. • Organizational skills • Ability to shift priorities quickly when vital. • Excellent customer demeanor and communication skills.
