• Oversee the scheduling and posting of social media content, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand representation, and adherence to post schedules. Content includes: daily content to Leveling Up and Marketing School podcasts, YouTube channels, and social channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram). Post 3-4x daily to Eric’s personal Instagram. • Insert advertising spots into podcast episodes where necessary. • Collaborate closely with editors to facilitate seamless content execution and maintain open lines of communication. • Regularly monitor the performance of social channels, utilizing metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Share regular reports with the team, highlighting the performance of your KPIs and making data-driven recommendations for future improvements. • Write titles for all podcast and YouTube episodes (with AI assistance). • Write social captions for all Instagram posts (with AI assistance).
• 2+ years of experience in project management or social media management. • Understanding of social media channels. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Leadership skills and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
