Description

• Be the first point of contact for Singular’s clients and partners, troubleshoot issues or escalate them • Research, debug, and solve client’s issues • Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering teams • Serve as an advocate for customers with the product organization • Become an expert in mobile marketing and Singular’s product offering • Play a significant role in the growth and development of our customer support competency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support or QA • Fluent English (verbal and written) required • Ability to write short technical explanations in English • Service-oriented person • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize tasks • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
