• Independent planning, editorial production, and continuous development of target-group-specific B2B newsletters • Content management and further development of the B2B website in close collaboration with the Business Development unit • Conceptualization, copywriting, and implementation of posts for the corporate site, and support for the Executive Management's communications • Developing and implementing strategies for placements, media partnerships, and content formats • Building, professionalizing, and stabilizing B2B communications • Developing sales support materials • Creating communication materials for marketing and selling our products • Defining KPIs in coordination with the Business Development and Content unit leads.
• At least 3 years' professional experience in digital marketing, CRM, or B2B communications • Passion for strong writing, value-driven content, and clear messaging • Experience with newsletter tools, social media (especially LinkedIn), and CMS systems (Webgo) • Empathy for different target groups (municipalities, trades, businesses, stakeholders) and the ability to translate this into tone and positioning • Structured, independent working style with a sense for news and USPs • Openness to topics such as climate protection, the energy transition, and sustainability.
