Description

• Work closely with the Partnerships team to understand and manage deliverables, timelines, and milestones for partner strategy • Develop and execute innovative marketing plans to showcase Skillable’s solutions • Mastermind multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and drive partner engagement • Develop effective communications framework for partner engagement • Create compelling content and assets in collaboration with various teams • Track and analyze partner marketing campaign performance • Advocate for partners’ evolving needs within Skillable • Travel and represent Skillable at marketing events • Coordinate event logistics and collaborate on marketing strategies • Promote company values in interactions with partners and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field or equivalent professional experience • 5 + years of marketing experience, with at least 2 + years in a partner or channel marketing role • Experience working for a B2B company with a track record of driving successful partner campaigns • Experience leading and working closely with cross-functional work groups or project teams successfully • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling way through writing, presenting, etc., to all audience types • Interpersonal effectiveness skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with partners and internal team members • Skillset to see big picture and dig into the weeds to make things happen • Naturally inquisitive with a desire to solve problems and dig into detailed analysis • Business understanding of event marketing budgets and accounting management apps like Planful or similar tools • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels including leadership through various mediums • Ability to present and convey material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization
