• Support and advise the HR team on compensation-related matters • Prepare studies on merit increases, promotions, role moves and retention • Manage and monitor the personnel budget • Co-design job and compensation structures together with HRBPs • Develop compensation KPIs, reports and strategic analyses • Contribute to the improvement and automation of area processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Psychology or related fields • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation • Knowledge of compensation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, Korn Ferry or similar) • Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking • Intermediate/advanced Excel and experience with data analysis and BI • Project management experience (plus) • Experience in technology companies, fast-growth environments or M&A (plus)
