📋 Description

• **· Process and manage wholesale and franchise orders accurately using ERP/order, across EMEA markets.****· Monitor order progress from confirmation through to delivery.****· Coordinate with the 3PL in Europe and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.****· Route and coordinate Ex-Works shipments, liaising with customer-nominated freight forwarders and managing customers’ booking portals. **· Prepare and manage shipping documentation and export paperwork where required.****· Prepare proforma invoices for pre-payment customers.**· Liaise with the AR team for payment discrepancies, compliance charges and credit hold.**· Handle order amendments, returns, and credit requests.****· Support the sales team with customers’ requests.**· Build relationships with wholesale and franchise partners, and respond to enquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and deliveries.**· Assist with sales orders reports and general order book management.****· Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order data.**· Support the implementation of process improvements and workflow optimizations.**· Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.****

🎯 Requirements

• **· Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with key accounts such as Selfridges, Harrods, Net-a-porter.****· Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)****· Solid understanding of wholesale order processes and logistics.****· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.****· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal teams and customers.****
