• Conduzir reuniões comerciais consultivas com leads qualificados; • Diagnosticar desafios comerciais e de marketing dos potenciais clientes; • Apresentar soluções de consultoria comercial, treinamento e estruturação de operações de vendas; • Negociar propostas comerciais e conduzir o processo de fechamento; • Gerenciar pipeline e oportunidades no CRM; • Realizar follow-ups estratégicos para avanço das negociações; • Construir relacionamento de confiança com empresários e gestores; • Atuar em parceria com os times de pré-vendas, marketing e entrega; • Acompanhar indicadores de conversão e performance comercial; • Contribuir com melhorias nos processos de vendas e abordagem comercial.
• Possuir experiência em vendas consultivas de serviços B2B; • Atuar ou ter atuado em consultorias comerciais, treinamento de vendas ou marketing; • Demonstrar excelente comunicação verbal e escrita em português; • Conduzir negociações com postura consultiva e capacidade de influência; • Possuir perfil relacional, dinâmico e orientado a resultados; • Ter experiência com CRM e gestão de pipeline comercial; • Demonstrar autonomia para atuação remota; • Possuir boa capacidade de escuta, argumentação e construção de rapport; • Manter comunicação profissional, clara e sem excesso de formalidade.
