• Write effective, scalable code. • Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance. • Investigate and debug test failures throughout, updating tests or reporting bugs as necessary and provide test coverage analysis based on automation results. • Work extremely closely with human centered design experts to implement solutions that are intuitive, responsive, and personalized to each customer’s needs. • Collaborate with various departments to identify and address customer pain points, optimize customer journeys, and create a seamless experience across all touchpoints. • Improve functionality of existing systems. • Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. • Collaborate directly with software engineers, product owners, data engineers, UX/UI developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and other members of the team. • Participate in contract procurement technical exercises.


• 8+ years’ experience coding in open-source languages (I.e., Python, Java). • Familiarity with front-end technologies (I.e., Javascript and HTML5). • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Strong knowledge of CI/CD. • Some knowledge of containerization technology (I.e., Docker or Kubernetes). • REST API Experience. • 8+ years of experience and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, or SAFe. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with customers, management, and lead and mentor team members. • Proficient spelling, grammar, and communication skills. • Knowledge of Code Repository: GitHub, BitBucket, SourceTree, or similar git-based solutions. • Familiarity and knowledge of DevOps / DevTestOps / DevSecOps best practices. • Experience diagnosing issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover recurrences.
