• This is a remote position. • We are in search of an experienced Amazon eCommerce Operations Specialist with a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central. • This role goes beyond traditional customer service and requires direct handling of Amazon support tickets related to listing issues. • The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of what it takes to thrive in the Amazon marketplace. • Manage and resolve Amazon support tickets (not customer-facing) related to listings and compliance. • Ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies and guidelines. • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, customer service) to ensure listing accuracy, product availability, and order flow. • Troubleshoot listing issues, suppression problems, stranded inventory, or policy violations. • Stay updated with Amazon updates and marketplace changes.
• Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central, preferably in a backend or operations role. • Demonstrated ability to handle Amazon support tickets and resolve account-related or technical issues. • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and Amazon’s platform-specific requirements. • Experience with inventory, listings, and performance metrics within Seller Central. • Excellent communication skills.
