📋 Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth • Leverage your network to identify, negotiate, and onboard new key operator and aggregator partners across the region • Drive consistent growth with existing clients by increasing the presence, visibility, and performance of our game portfolio • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team of sales and account managers • Manage and coordinate with a dedicated support team at our HQ in Yerevan to ensure seamless 24/7 service and technical support for regional partners • Collaborate with the marketing team to build significant B2C player awareness and drive demand for our games • Represent the company in Asia at trade shows, conferences, and key client meetings
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or business development role within the B2B online gaming industry • A proven track record of success and commercial achievements specifically within the Asian iGaming markets • An extensive and active network of senior contacts within online casino operators and aggregators in key markets • Full professional fluency in English is required • Knowledge of Asian language is a plus
